Our goal with .earth is to build a product for the broader adoption of Web3. Nomad NFT holders are the OGs of our ecosystem and will be key to realizing this vision. Our intent is to offer community members access to equity in Earth Labs, the parent company. If Web3 aims to democratize ownership, our ambition is to push the envelope further.

Giving community members real, tangible value is where we will start to really leverage the power of Web3. This will represent a fundamental shift in the utility of NFTs, and redefine asset ownership to mean long term value accrual.

Token Gated Equity is a concept we are developing to create a way to properly and compliantly get equity in the hands of community members. Our Proposed Plan is to offer common shares in our company to members of the public who are also active members of the Nomad Community. The purpose of this is not to raise meaningful capital, but instead get equity in the hands of our active Nomad Community members.
